Riding stable casting car

In order to meet the various requirements of the footing in the riding halls, we developed an aluminium construction which is self-supporting up to a width of 38 m (hall width 40 m). This construction is equipped with irrigation nozzle pipes and guarantees an irrigation of the entire hall floor according to the requirements.

In 1996, the monorail system, which had been tried and tested for 30 years in casting car construction, was used (see HGW Type I). We use the special locomotive developed by us in 1987 for indoor riding hall casting carriages, which has been continuously developed over the years to meet the growing demands of horse and rider (see control systems). Swivel system, sector irrigation and the double track system are only a small part of our development work.

This allows riding halls of up to 100 m in length to be built without any problems.

For an additional charge you can get the following options:

  • Swivel system also for sprinkling the area under the hose package. Here the nozzle pipe is rotated by 40 degrees during the journey. This ensures an even precipitation from start to finish.
  • Sector irrigation pours out subfields or hoofbeats depending on the setting. The riding hall area is divided into 20 areas.
  • Air compressor for complete emptying of the casting beam construction. Is not absolutely necessary, but increases the operational safety of the irrigation system immensely. A connection for the compressor is available on each water unit.

Miscellaneous:

  • With all systems, the water connection is at the beginning of the hall. The water connection should be at least 1″ and have a flow pressure of 3.5 bar at a flow rate of 1.5 m³/h.
  • The power connection will be arranged on site (230 volt socket)
  • The control system is usually installed according to your wishes and agreement.
  • We work with scissor lifts for a smooth assembly of the complete sprinkler system.
